| ~Your Session ~ Begins with a soothing mineral salt foot soak in warm water with pure essential aromatherapy oils. This will cleanse and help detoxify the feet, preparing thousands of nerve endings in each foot to better receive the treatment. The primary focus will be your feet. After your foot soak, you will recline back in the Reflexology chair. This helps reduce pressure and strain on your lumbar area while elevating your legs and feet in a supported position for the best circulation benefit. I will give you a blanket to keep you warm and comfortable if you wish. A light application of pure Shea Butter will be used to moisten and soften your feet. Each reflex point will be stimulated with the intention to facilitate better circulation throughout your body and normalize function, resulting in improved overall health. Relax your mind while you allow your body's natural healing ability to help balance each system and organ. I encourage you to lie back, receive your treatment and let your mind drift during your session! Reflexology promotes a high release of endorphins, so it is common that you may reach such a state of relaxation that you may doze off- it's okay, and it's a wonderful thing. A full Integrative Reflexology treatment will take 60 minutes. There are approximately 72 points that will be touched in the full session. If it is your first time I will treat your hands in the last 10 minutes of the session if you would like. |
