When you arrive for your first visit, a health history and written consent to receive the massage will be obtained. We can discuss your goals for this visit and any questions or concerns that you have to assure your comfort and confidence before we begin your session. Each person's response to massage therapy is unique. Each day our bodies change and sometimes require special attention to those certain "issues in the tissues". As your therapist, it is my responsibility to know how to safely and properly administer these techniques . There is no need to worry about what "type" of massage you should get. This eliminates confusion so you can take this time to focus on your own healing. Many massage businesses base their fees on the type of treatment you request. We use a fee schedule based upon the length of the time, so the only decision we need to make is which time will be best for helping you to meet your goals. With over 15 years of experience, my massage sessions are integrated with a full range of massage and bodywork styles in which I am skilled and trained, to achieve the best therapeutic benefit and discover what works best for you.
